Guardians of the Galaxy is in full on casting mode and we have some updates that may just make your day. Deadline is reporting that Benicio Del Toro has joined the cast of the James Gunn directed, Guardians of the Galaxy. While nothing is known just yet about which character he will play, he apparently has signed on for multiple movies and his role is said to be one that will have a future in other Marvel films. And that's not all, Doctor Who fans will be all over this next casting, and that's because THR is also reporting that Karen Gillan (who appeared as Doctor Who's companion on the BBC show) is also joining the star studded cast as the lead female villain, fighting alongside other baddies in the cast which include Lee Pace and possibly Michael Rooker
Other cast members include Glenn Close, Chris Pratt, Zoe Saldana and shooting said to begin in late June in the UK. So, what are your thoughts on these Guardians casting updates?
