Things are getting even more interesting on set of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles with rumors of Whoopi Goldberg joining the cast. The actress and day time talk show host was photographed this week leaving set wearing a grey jumpsuit and a large eccentric fro, and many people were kinda clueless about who she could be playing in the film. Well, a source is telling ComicBookMovie that the actress will actually be playing Bernadette, or 'Bern,' Thompson. And if you remember from the 1987 animated series, 'Burne' is an editor at Channel 6 News, and is the boss of April O'Neil (played by Megan Fox) and Vernon Fenwick (Will Arnett). Now Bern was never a huge fan of the turtles, and always thought that a lot of the New York City crime was linked to them, but he never stopped April from reporting on them.
