ഹാരിസണ് മലയാളം പുറത്ത് വിട്ട 2015-16 ലെ വാര്ഷിക റിപ്പോര്ട്ടിലാണ് 59,000 ഏക്കര് ഭൂമി രാജ്ഞിക്ക് സ്വന്തമെന്ന് വ്യക്തമാക്കിയിരിക്കുന്നത്. പാട്ടക്കരാര് കഴിഞ്ഞ ഭൂമി അനധികൃതമായി കൈവശം വെയ്ക്കാനാണ് കമ്പനി ഇത്തരമൊരു നീക്കം നടത്തിയിട്ടുള്ളത്. കേന്ദ്ര, കേരള സര്ക്കാരുകള് ഇതേക്കുറിച്ച് പ്രാഥമിക പരിശോധനകള്ക്ക് പോലും തയാറായിട്ടില്ല.റിപ്പോര്ട്ട് പ്രകാരം 59000 ഏക്കര് ഭൂമിയാണ് ബ്രട്ടീഷ് രാജ്ഞിയുടെ ഉടമസ്ഥതയിലുള്ളത്.കമ്പനികള് കൈവശം വെച്ചിരിക്കുന്ന 38,000 ഏക്കര് ഭൂമി ഏറ്റെടുത്തുകൊണ്ടുള്ള രാജമാണിക്യം റിപ്പോര്ട്ട് ഹൈക്കോടതി ശരിവെച്ചിരുന്നു.ഭൂപരിഷ്കരണ നിയമം അനുസരിച്ച് കമ്പനിയെ കുടിയാനായി കണക്കാക്കാന് കഴിയില്ല എന്നായിരുന്നു കോടതിയുടെ നിരീക്ഷണം. ഇംഗ്ലണ്ടില് രജിസ്റ്റര് ചെയ്ത കമ്പനിക്ക് ഇന്ത്യയില് ഭൂമി കൈവശം വെയ്ക്കാന് കഴിയില്ലെന്നും കോടതി കണ്ടെത്തിയിരുന്നു
ഈ വിധി നിലനില്ക്കേ തന്നെയാണ് ബ്രിട്ടീഷ് രാജ്ഞിക്കാണ് ഭൂമിയുടെ ഉടമസ്ഥതയെന്ന് കമ്പനി തന്നെ പരസ്യമായി പ്രഖ്യാപിക്കുകയും ചെയ്തിരിക്കുന്നത്.
