As part of celebrations of 50 years of India’s triumph over Pakistan in the 1971 war, the victory flame was installed with tremendous fervour in Dharamshala, Himachal Pradesh on September 15. The victory flame was installed at Dharamshala Cricket Stadium for final ceremony of Swarnim Vijay Varsh.
