Amritsar Commissionerate Police Launches 'Shakti Team' To Protect Women From Eve-Teasers |Catch News


Amritsar Commissionerate Police on Sept 14 launched an all-women 'Shakti Team' to curb eve-teasing. CP also launched helpline number 181 or 9781101091. 'Members of the team will be placed as decoys in plain clothes at places from where a significant number of incidents of eve-teasing are reported,' said Commissioner of Police (CP) Vikram Jeet Duggal.
