    ભારત દેશ એ કળાનો ભંડાર કહેવાય છે. તમે ઘણા બધા કલાકારોની કળા જોઈ હશે પરંતુ આજે આ કલાકારના પેન્સિલ આર્ટને જોઈ તમે પણ ચોંકી જશો. આ કલાકાર પેન્સિલની અણી પર એવી કોતરણી કરેછે કે લોકો પણ આ કળાને જોઈ ચોકી જાય છે. ત્યારે સુરતના પર્વત પાટિયા વિસ્તારમાં રહેતા અને ટેક્સટાઈલ્સના વ્યવસાય સાથે સંકળાયેલા પવનભાઈ પોતાના બાળકોની વેસ્ટ પેન્સિલ જોઇને કંઈક નવું કરવાનો વિચાર આવતા તેમને પેન્સિલની અણી પર કોતરણી કામ શરૂ કર્યું હતું. 2 દિવસની મહેનત બાદ ગણપતિની મૂર્તિ પેન્સિલ પર કંડારી હતી. પહેલી જ વારમાં સફળતા મળ્યા બાદ પેન્સિલ પર મૂર્તિઓ અને ચિન્હો કોતરાવી ચાલુ કર્યું હતું. પોતાના કામ દરમિયાન મળતા સમયનો ઉપયોગ કરી પવનભાઈ દ્વારા અત્યાર સુધીમાં 300 કરતા પણ વધારે ચિહ્નો અને મૂર્તિઓ કોતરી છે અને પોતાની આ કળાને વિશ્વ લેવલ પર ઉજાગર કરી છે. હાલ તેમની આ કળાને ઈન્ડિયા બુક અને એશિયા બુક ઓફ રૅકોર્ડમાં સ્થાન મળ્યું છે.
