धामपुर तहसील परिसर में शासन के निर्देशानुसार सम्पूर्ण समाधान दिवस का आयोजन किया गया। जिसमें बिजनौर जिलाधिकारी उमेश मिश्रा और पुलिस अधीक्षक डाॅ0 धर्मवीर सिंह ने जनता की समस्याओं को सुना तथा उनके निस्तारण के लिए संबंधित अधिकारियों को निर्देशित किया।
समाधान दिवस में अपनी शिकायत लेकर स्योहारा से भी कुछ लोग पहुंचे जिन्होंने कुछ भू-माफियाओं पर सरकारी दुकानों के किराये की अवैध वसूली का आरोप लगाते हुए जिलाधिकारी और पुलिस अधीक्षक से शिकायत की। शिकायतकर्ताओं का आरोप है कि स्योहारा में उस्मान अली खां रोड से स्टेशन मार्ग पर सरकारी जमीन पर कुछ दुकानें बनी हैं। पिछले लगभग 40 सालों से वो इन सरकारी दुकानों के किरायेदार है और यहीं से मेहनत मजदूरी करके अपने परिवार चलाते हैं लेकिन दुकानें सरकारी होने के बावजूद भी सालों से कुछ भूमाफियाओं द्वारा जबरन उनसे किराया वसूला जाता है और कोई रसीद भी नही दी जाती।
मामले को गंभीरता से लेते हुए जिलाधिकारी उमेश मिश्रा ने स्योहारा नगर पालिका के अधिशासी अधिकारी को जांच तथा कार्यवाही करने के निर्देश दिये।
वहीं दूसरी ओर धामपुर से युवा मित्र मण्डल के सदस्य भी अपनी मांग को लेकर ज्ञापन सौंपने समाधान दिवस में पहुंचे और धामपुर में के.एम. इंटर काॅलेज के निकट बने प्राचीन नन्दूवाला पिंडदान स्थल को पक्का सीमेन्टेड बनवाने की मांग को लेकर जिलाधिकारी को ज्ञापन सौंपा। युवा मित्र मण्डल के सदस्यों का कहना है कि पिण्डदान स्थल कच्चा होने की वजह से वहां काफी कीचड़ और गंदगी रहती है जिसके चलते अर्थी को भी गंदगी में रखना पड़ता है। युवा मित्र मण्डल के सदस्यों की शिकायत तथा समाधान दिवस में आने वाली अन्य शिकायतों के त्वरित निस्तारण के लिए जिलाधिकारी और पुलिस अधीक्षक ने संबंधित अधिकारियों को आवश्यक दिशा निर्देश दिये।

चांदपुर के तहसील परिसर में शासन के निर्देशानुसार सम्पूर्ण समाधान दिवस का आयोजन किया गया। इस मौके पर मुरादाबाद के मंडलआयुक्त आन्जनेय कुमार ने फरियादियों की शिकायतों को सुना और उनके निस्तारण के लिए सम्बन्धि अधिकारियों को निर्देशित किया। मंडालायुक्त ने बताया कि इस मौके पर पिछली शिकायतों को भी देखा गया और कमी मिलने पर दोबारा जांच के निर्देश दिये गये।
समाधान दिवस में बार एसोसिएशन के अधिवक्ताओं ने मंडलायुक्त से मिलकर चांदपुर बाइपास मार्ग पर भरे पानी तथा गहरे गड्ढों से हो रही परेशानी से निजात दिलाने की भी मांग की। वहीं नगर के समाजसवियों ने पूति विभाग में हो रहे भ्रष्टाचार को लेकर एआरओ को चांदपुर से स्थानांतरण करने की मांग की। मंडलायुक्त ने सभी शिकायतों को सुनकर उनके जल्द निस्तारण का आश्वासन दिया। इस दौरान समाधान दिवस में मुख्य विकास अधिकारी, अपर पुलिस अधीक्षक नगर सहित विभिन्न विभागों के अधिकारी और कर्मचारी उपस्थित रहे।
उधर दूसरी ओर नजीबाबाद के तहसील परिसर स्थित डबाकरा हाॅल में भी सम्पूर्ण समाधान दिवस का आयोजन किया गया। इस मौके पर जिलाधिकारी उमेश मिश्रा और पुलिस अधीक्षक डा0 धर्मवीर सिंह ने जनता की समस्याओं को सुना। इस दौरान जिलाधिकारी और पुलिस अधीक्षक द्वारा संयुक्त रूप से प्रेसवार्ता की गई जिसमें नगर में बनने वाले स्विमिंग पूल, नगर की खस्ताहाल सड़कों और बिजली विभाग से संबंधित बात रखी गई। जिसपर जिलाधिकारी उमेश मिश्रा ने संबंधित अधिकारियों को निर्देशित करते हुए समस्याओं के निराकरण करने के लिए जल्द से जल्द कार्य शुरू करने के आदेश दिये। वहीं इस मौके पर पुलिस अधीक्षक डाॅ0 धर्मवीर सिंह ने मिशन शक्ति के बारे में बात करते हुए कहा जनपद भर में बहन बेटियों की सुरक्षा में किसी भी प्रकार की कमी न रहे इसके लिए पूर्ण प्रयास किया जा रहा है।

जनपद बिजनौर के चांदपुर में नवआगन्तुक उपजिलाधिकारी हिमांशु वर्मा ने चार्ज संभालते ही पहले दिन जनता दरबार लगाकर फरियादियों की समस्याओं का सुना तथा समस्याओं के शीघ्र निस्तारण के लिए संबंधित अधिकारियों को त्वरित कार्यवाही हेतु निर्देशित किया।
जानकारी के अनुसार हिमांशु वर्मा इससे पहले मुरादाबाद में उपजिलाधिकारी के पद पर तैनात थे जिनका चांदपुर स्थानांतरण कर दिया गया है। उपजिलाधिकारी हिमांशु वर्मा का कहना है कि वह क्षेत्र की जनता के लिए 24 घण्टे तैयार हैं, अगर किसी को किसी भी प्रकार की समस्या हो तो उन्हें सूचना दें उनकी समस्याओं का जल्द समाधान किया जायेगा। साथ ही इस मौके पर उपजिलाधिकारी ने विभागीय अधिकारियों और कर्मचारियों को साफ तौर पर निर्देशित करते हुए कहा कि यदि फरियादियों द्वारा किसी की कोई शिकायत मिलती है तो उसके विरूद्ध कार्यवाही की जायेगी।
