Kazakhstan expressed concern over prevailing situation in Afghanistan during Delhi Regional Security Dialogue on November 10. “We are concerned about prevailing situation in Afghanistan. The social and economic situation of Afghans is deteriorating and the country is facing humanitarian crisis. It is necessary to increase humanitarian assistance,” said Karim Massimov, Chairman of Kazakhstan National Security Committee.
