പഞ്ചായത്തിന്റേത് അനധികൃതനിര്‍മാണമെന്ന റിപ്പോര്‍ട്ട് അഡ്വക്കേറ്റ് ജനറലിന് കൈമാറി. കൃത്യനിര്‍വഹണം തടസപ്പെടുത്തിയെന്ന് പറയുന്നുണ്ടെങ്കിലും എംഎല്‍എയുടെ വ്യക്തിപരമായ അധിക്ഷേപത്തെപ്പറ്റി റിപ്പോര്‍ട്ടിലില്ല. അതേസമയം, ദേവികുളം എംഎൽഎ എസ്. രാജേന്ദ്രൻ, കോൺഗ്രസ്‌ ഭരിക്കുന്ന മൂന്നാർ പഞ്ചായത്തിൽ അനധികൃത നിർമാണം പ്രോത്സാഹിപ്പിക്കുന്നതിന് പിന്നിൽ വൻ തട്ടിപ്പെന്ന് ആരോപണം. എംഎൽഎ യുടെ പുരയിടത്തോട് ചേർന്ന് അനധികൃത നിർമാണം നടക്കുന്നെന്നും ആരോപണമുണ്ട്. പ്രദേശത്തെ ഭൂമി ഇടപാടുകളെ സംബന്ധിച്ചു റിപ്പോർട്ട്‌ സമർപ്പിക്കാൻ വില്ലേജ് ഓഫീസർക്ക് സബ് കലക്ടർ നിർദേശം നൽകി. യുഡിഎഫ് ഭരിക്കുന്ന മൂന്നാർ പഞ്ചായത്തിന്റെ അനധികൃത നിർമ്മാണത്തിന്പ ഞ്ചായത്തിനൊപ്പം നിലകൊണ്ട സിപിഐ എം എൽ എ യുടെ നടപടി ദുരൂഹമാണെന്നാണ് ആരോപണം.
ദേവികുളം സബ് കലക്ടർ രേണു രാജിനെ രൂക്ഷമായി അധിക്ഷേപിക്കുകയും പിന്നീട് ഖേദം പ്രകടിപ്പിക്കുകയും ചെയ്‌തെങ്കിലും എംഎൽഎ പരസ്യമായ നിയമ ലംഘനമാണ് നടത്തിയത്.
മൂന്നാറിലെ സിപിഐ അംഗം ഔസേഫിന്റെ പരാതിയെ തുടർന്നാണ് റവന്യൂ സംഘം നിർമാണം തടയാൻ എത്തിയത്. പരിസ്ഥിതി ലോല മേഖലയിലെ നിർമാണം തടയുന്നതിന് ഹൈക്കോടതിയെ സമീപിക്കാനൊരുങ്ങുകയാണ് ഔസേഫ്. എന്നാൽ തന്റെ ഭൂമിയിൽ അനധികൃത നിർമാണമില്ലെന്നും മൂന്നാറിൽ കയ്യേറ്റങ്ങൾ ഇല്ലെന്നും എംഎൽഎ പറഞ്ഞു.
എംഎൽഎയുടെ നടപടിയിൽ സിപിഎം ഇടുക്കി ജില്ലാ കമ്മിറ്റി ഇന്ന് വിശദീകരണം തേടും.

ദേവികുളം സബ് കലക്ടർ രേണു രാജിനെ രൂക്ഷമായി അധിക്ഷേപിക്കുകയും പിന്നീട് ഖേദം പ്രകടിപ്പിക്കുകയും ചെയ്‌തെങ്കിലും എംഎൽഎ പരസ്യമായ നിയമ ലംഘനമാണ് നടത്തിയത്.
മൂന്നാറിലെ സിപിഐ അംഗം ഔസേഫിന്റെ പരാതിയെ തുടർന്നാണ് റവന്യൂ സംഘം നിർമാണം തടയാൻ എത്തിയത്. പരിസ്ഥിതി ലോല മേഖലയിലെ നിർമാണം തടയുന്നതിന് ഹൈക്കോടതിയെ സമീപിക്കാനൊരുങ്ങുകയാണ് ഔസേഫ്. എന്നാൽ തന്റെ ഭൂമിയിൽ അനധികൃത നിർമാണമില്ലെന്നും മൂന്നാറിൽ കയ്യേറ്റങ്ങൾ ഇല്ലെന്നും എംഎൽഎ പറഞ്ഞു.
എംഎൽഎയുടെ നടപടിയിൽ സിപിഎം ഇടുക്കി ജില്ലാ കമ്മിറ്റി ഇന്ന് വിശദീകരണം തേടും.

റവന്യൂ വകുപ്പ് സ്റ്റോപ്പ് മെമ്മോ നൽകിയിട്ടും കെട്ടിടനിർമാണം തുടർന്ന മൂന്നാർ പഞ്ചായത്ത് സെക്രട്ടറിക്കെതിരേ തിങ്കളാഴ്ച ഹൈക്കോടതിയിൽ കോടതിയലക്ഷ്യനടപടി ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ട് റിപ്പോർട്ട്‌ നൽകുമെന്ന് സബ് കളക്ടർ അറിയിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്.എന്നാൽ, ദേവികുളം സബ്കളക്ടർ തന്നെയാണ് അധിക്ഷേപിച്ചതെന്ന് എസ്. രാജേന്ദ്രൻ എം.എൽ.എ. പറഞ്ഞു. സ്റ്റോപ്പ് മെമ്മോയെക്കുറിച്ച് ചോദിച്ചപ്പോൾ ‘താൻ പോയി പണിനോക്കാൻ പറഞ്ഞു’ എന്നാണ് എം.എൽ.എ. ആരോപിക്കുന്നത്. എന്നാൽ, രേണുരാജ് ഇത് നിഷേധിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്. എസ്. രാജേന്ദ്രനെ എം.എൽ.എ. എന്നുമാത്രമാണ് വിളിച്ചത്.
