Moradabad (UP): Uttar Pradesh Director General of Police, Om Prakash Singh, on September 20 said rape-accused Swami Chinmayanand was arrested after a probe done by Special Investigation Team which was constituted on directions of the Supreme Court, and that there was no delay in the case.
