ഐഫോണ്‍ 6എസ് മുതല്‍ ടെന്‍ വരെയുള്ള മോഡലുകളുടെ വില്‍പന ഉടനടി നിര്‍ത്തിവെക്കാന്‍ ഉത്തരവിടണമെന്ന ആവശ്യമാണ് ക്വാല്‍കോം ചൈനയിലെ ഫൂഷോ ഇന്റര്‍മീഡിയോറ്റ് പീപ്പിള്‍സ് കോടതിയില്‍ ഉന്നയിച്ചത്. സെപ്റ്റംബറില്‍ പുറത്തിറക്കിയ ഐഫോണ്‍ ടെന്‍ മോഡലുകള്‍ ഈ കേസില്‍ ഉള്‍പ്പെടുന്നില്ലെന്ന് ആപ്പിള്‍ പറഞ്ഞു.ആഗോള തലത്തില്‍ നിയമവിരുദ്ധ പ്രവര്‍ത്തനങ്ങള്‍ക്ക് അന്വേഷണം നേരിടുന്ന ഒരു കമ്പനിയില്‍ നിന്നുണ്ടാകുന്ന മറ്റൊരു നിരാശാജനകമായ നീക്കമാണ് തങ്ങളുടെ ഉല്‍പ്പന്നങ്ങള്‍ നിരോധിക്കുന്നതിനായുള്ള ക്വാല്‍കോമിന്റെ ശ്രമങ്ങളെന്ന് ആപ്പിള്‍ പറഞ്ഞു.
