സുപ്രീംകോടതിയിലെ കേസില്‍ കക്ഷിയായിരുന്ന ആള്‍ ആ സ്ഥാനത്ത് ഇരിക്കുമ്പോള്‍ കോടതി വിധി പാലിക്കാന്‍ ബാധ്യസ്ഥനാണ്. അല്ലെങ്കില്‍ ഒഴിഞ്ഞുപോകാം. ശബരിമല ക്ഷേത്രം അടയ്ക്കണോ വേണ്ടേ എന്നു തീരുമാനിക്കുന്നതു ദേവസ്വം ബോര്‍ഡാണ്. തന്ത്രിയുടെ നടപടി സുപ്രീം കോടതിവിധിയുടെ ലംഘനത്തിനു പുറമേ ദേവസ്വം മാന്വലിന്റെ ലംഘനം കൂടിയാണ്. ഇതുമായി ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട കാര്യങ്ങള്‍ ദേവസ്വം ബോര്‍ഡ് പരിശോധിക്കണം. ശബരിമലയില്‍ ആചാരലംഘനം നടന്നതായി കാണിച്ചു തന്ത്രി നട അടച്ചതു വിചിത്രമാണ്. സുപ്രീം കോടതിവിധിയുടെ ലംഘനമാണ്. തന്ത്രിയും ബോര്‍ഡും സുപ്രീംകോടതിയിലെ കേസില്‍ കക്ഷിയായിരുന്നു. തന്ത്രിയുടെ വാദംകൂടി കേട്ടശേഷമാണു യുവതീപ്രവേശ വിഷയത്തില്‍ വിധി വന്നത്. കോടതി വിധിയോട് യോജിക്കാതിരിക്കാന്‍ തന്ത്രിക്ക് അവകാശമുണ്ട്. ‘എനിക്ക് സുപ്രീംകോടതി വിധി അനുസരിക്കാന്‍ കഴിയില്ല’ എന്നു പറഞ്ഞ് സ്ഥാനത്തുനിന്ന് ഒഴിഞ്ഞുപോകണം–മുഖ്യമന്ത്രി പറഞ്ഞു.

കോടതി വിധി പാലിക്കാന്‍ സര്‍ക്കാര്‍ ബാധ്യസ്ഥരാണ്. ആരെങ്കിലും ദര്‍ശനത്തിനെത്തിയാല്‍ സുരക്ഷ ഒരുക്കും. വിശ്വാസത്തോടുള്ള ബഹുമാനക്കുറവല്ല. ഭരണഘടനയോടു കൂറുപുലര്‍ത്തുക എന്ന നിലപാടിന്റെ ഭാഗമായാണ് സര്‍ക്കാര്‍ നടപടി സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നത്.സുപ്രീംകോടതി വിധിയുടെ അടിസ്ഥാനത്തില്‍ ശബരിമലയില്‍ എത്തുന്ന സ്ത്രീകള്‍ക്ക് സുരക്ഷ ഒരുക്കുക എന്നത് സര്‍ക്കാര്‍ ഉത്തരവാദിത്തമാണ്. വിധി അനുസരിക്കുകയാണു സര്‍ക്കാര്‍ ചെയ്തത്. ശബരിമലയെ സംഘര്‍ഷ ഭൂമിയാക്കാനാണു സംഘപരിവാര്‍ തുടര്‍ച്ചയായി ശ്രമിക്കുന്നത്. കോടതി വിധി അട്ടിമറിക്കാന്‍ എന്തൊക്കെ ചെയ്യാന്‍ കഴിയും, എങ്ങനെ സംഘര്‍ഷമുണ്ടാക്കാം എന്നാണു സംഘപരിവാര്‍ ശ്രമം. അവര്‍ എന്തൊക്കെ അക്രമം കാട്ടി എന്നതു ജനങ്ങളുടെ മനസ്സിലുള്ളതാണ്. ഇത്തരം സംഘര്‍ഷങ്ങളില്‍നിന്ന് ശബരിമലയെ മോചിപ്പിക്കാനാണു സര്‍ക്കാര്‍ ശ്രമിച്ചിട്ടുള്ളത്. പൊലീസും സംഘര്‍ഷമുണ്ടാക്കാന്‍ ശ്രമിച്ചില്ലന്നും മുഖ്യന്‍ ചൂണ്ടിക്കാട്ടി
