पंजाब का नामी गैंगस्टर जयपाल भुल्लर और उनके साथी को कोलकाता में ओको और कोलकाता की एस टी एफ की टीम ने सांझा ऑपरेशन कर एनकाउंटर कर दिया था वही जयपाल भुल्लर पंजाब के जिला फिरोजपुर दशमेश नगर में घर स्थीत है उसके घर मे रिश्तेदार ओर दोस्त अफसोस करने आ रहे है माता पिता का आंखे नम है वही 2003 में जयपाल भुल्लर ने जुर्म की दुनिया में कदम रखा था और एक नामी गैंगस्टर के नाम से जयपाल भुल्लर जाना जाता था कई अपराधिक मामले जयपाल भुल्लर के ऊपर दर्ज थे
वही जयपाल के मामे के लड़के संदीप ने और बलवीर सिंह और जथेदार धियान सिंह मण्ड ने बताया कि जयपाल बचपन में काफी अच्छा नौजवान था एक अच्छा स्पोर्ट्समैन था पता नहीं कैसे मैं जुर्म की दुनिया में चला गया उसका परिवार काफी शरीफ परिवार है बताया जाता है कि उसके परिवार में एक बहन जो शादीशुदा है एक भाई माता-पिता है जयपाल के पिता इंस्पेक्टर रिटायर्ड है वही उन्होंने कहा कि पुलिस को एनकाउंटर नहीं करना चाहिए था उसको पकड़ना चाहिए था लेकिन पुलिस ने एनकाउंटर कर दिया वहीं उन्होंने कहा कि नौजवानों को जुर्म की दुनिया में नहीं जाना चाहिए

जयपाल भुल्लर उर्फ मनजीत कोलकाता में हुए एक एनकाउंटर में ढेर,जसप्रीत जस्सी भी एनकाउंटर में ढेर
लुधियाना के जगराओं में CIA स्टाफ के दो ASI की हत्या की थी जयपाल ने
पंजाब पुलिस ने सूबे के दो बड़े गैंगस्टरों को बुधवार को कोलकाता में हुए एक एनकाउंटर में ढेर कर दिया। मारे गए गैंगस्टरों के नाम जयपाल भुल्लर और जसप्रीत जस्सी हैं। बताया जा रहा है कि एनकाउंटर में पंजाब पुलिस और कोलकाता की लोकल STF शामिल थी।
गैंगस्टर जयपाल भुल्लर का नाम पिछले दिनों लुधियाना के जगराओं में CIA (क्राइम इन्वेस्टिगेशन एजेंसी) स्टाफ के दो ASI की हत्या में सामने आया था। इस वारदात के बाद से पंजाब पुलिस की ऑर्गनाइज्ड क्राइम कंट्रोल यूनिट (OCCU) उसकी तलाश में जुटी हुई थी। भुल्लर के खिलाफ देशभर में करीब 50 आपराधिक मामले दर्ज हैं।
फिरोजपुर के दशमेश नगर का रहने वाला जयपाल भुल्लर उर्फ मनजीत एक पुलिस वाले का बेटा था। उसके पिता इंस्पेक्टर थे। वक्त ने ऐसी करवट बदली कि कानून के रखवाले का बेटा ही कानून का गुनाहगार बन गया। भुल्लर कुख्यात बदमाश विक्की गौंडर का साथी रहा है और सुक्खा काहलवां हत्याकांड में भी शामिल था।
गस्टर विक्की गौंडर और प्रेमा लाहोरिया की मौत के बाद गैंग ने जयपाल भुल्लर को मुखिया मानते हुए उसके आदेश मानने शुरू कर दिए थे। भुल्लर उस समय चर्चा में आया था, जब उसने फाजिल्का के पॉलिटिकल लीडर व गैंगस्टर रॉकी की हिमाचल प्रदेश के परवाणु टिंबर ट्रेल के पास हत्या कर दी थी। उसकी जिम्मेदारी लेते हुए उसने अपने सोशल मीडिया पेज पर वारदात वाली फोटो भी शेयर की थी। सोलन में चश्मदीद परमपाल पाल और हरप्रीत सिंह के बयान पर हिमाचल पुलिस ने जयपाल व उसके गिरोह पर हत्या का केस दर्ज किया था। करीब डेढ़ महीना पहले लुधियाना के जगराओं में दो पुलिस वालों की हत्या में भी भुल्लर शामिल रहा था।
