ബസുകള്‍ക്ക് അനുസൃതമായി ജീവനക്കാരെ പുനര്‍വിന്യസിക്കാനും തുടങ്ങിയിട്ടുണ്ട്
കെ.എസ്.ആര്‍.ടി.സിയില്‍ നിന്ന് ഏറെ നാളുകള്‍ക്ക് ശേഷം കളക്ഷന്‍ നേട്ടത്തിന്റെ വാര്‍ത്തകള്‍ പുറത്തുവരുന്നു. പൂജാ അവധിദിനങ്ങള്‍ക്കു ശേഷമുള്ള ആദ്യ പ്രവൃത്തിദിനമായ തിങ്കളാഴ്ച കെ.എസ്.ആര്‍.ടി.സി.ക്കു മികച്ച വരുമാനം. 7.95 കോടി രൂപയാണ് ഒറ്റ ദിവസത്തെ കളക്ഷനായി ലഭിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നത്. യാത്രക്കാരുടെ തിരക്ക് കണക്കിലെടുത്ത് ദീര്‍ഘദൂര ബസുകള്‍ ക്രമീകരിച്ചതും ജീവനക്കാരെ വിന്യസിച്ചതുമാണ് വരുമാനം ഉയര്‍ത്തിയത്. മുടങ്ങുന്നത് ഒഴിവാക്കാന്‍ പരമാവധി ജീവനക്കാരെ ഡ്യൂട്ടിക്ക് എത്തിച്ചിരുന്നു. വര്‍ക്ക്ഷോപ്പിലുള്ള ബസുകള്‍ നിരത്തിലിറക്കാനും നിര്‍ദേശിച്ചിരുന്നു. ഇതാണ് വരുമാനം ഉയര്‍ത്തിയതെന്ന് കെ.എസ്.ആര്‍.ടി.സി. എം.ഡി. ടോമിന്‍ തച്ചങ്കരി പറഞ്ഞു.5900 കണ്ടക്ടര്‍, ഡ്രൈവര്‍ ജീവനക്കാരെയാണ് സ്ഥലംമാറ്റുന്നത്. സര്‍വീസുകളെ ബാധിക്കാതിരിക്കാന്‍ ഘട്ടംഘട്ടമായിട്ടാണ് ജീവനക്കാരെ മാറ്റുന്നത്.തെക്കന്‍ ജില്ലകളില്‍ കണ്ടക്ടര്‍മാരും വടക്കന്‍ ജില്ലകളില്‍ ഡ്രൈവര്‍മാരും കൂടുതലാണ്. ഇത് ഷെഡ്യൂളുകള്‍ക്ക്് ആനുപാതികമായി ക്രമീകരിക്കുകയാണ്. അധികം ജീവനക്കാരുള്ള യൂണിറ്റുകളില്‍നിന്നും കുറവുള്ള യൂണിറ്റുകളിലേക്ക് മൂന്നുമാസത്തേയ്ക്കാണ് താത്കാലിക സ്ഥലംമാറ്റം.

സാധാരണ പി.എസ്.സി പരീക്ഷ ദിനങ്ങളിലാണ് കെ.എസ്.ആര്‍.ടി.സി നേട്ടം കൊയ്യാറുള്ളത്. ഇപ്പോളിതാ നീറ്റ് പരീക്ഷയ്ക്കും റെക്കോഡ് വരുമാനം നേടിയിരിക്കുകയാണ് മലയാളികളുടെ സ്വന്തം ആനവണ്ടി.സംസ്ഥാനത്തുടനീളം പത്ത് ലക്ഷത്തിലധികം വിദ്യാര്‍ഥികള്‍ നീറ്റ് പരീക്ഷയെഴുതിയ മെയ് ആറിന് കെഎസ്ആര്‍ടിസി റെക്കോഡ് കളക്ഷനിലാണ് സര്‍വീസ് നടത്തിയത്. നീറ്റ് പരീക്ഷാ ദിവസത്തെ സര്‍വീസില്‍ മാത്രം ആറുകോടി രൂപയിലധികം വരുമാനമാണ് കെഎസ്ആര്‍ടിസിക്ക് ലഭിച്ചത്.സാധാരണ ദിവസത്തേക്കാള്‍ 71 ലക്ഷം രൂപയുടെ അധിക കളക്ഷനാണ് കെഎസ്ആര്‍ ടിസി അന്ന് നേടിയത്. സര്‍വീസുകള്‍ ഇതരസംസ്ഥാനങ്ങളില്‍ നിന്നെത്തിയ വിദ്യാര്‍ഥികള്‍ക്കടക്കം സഹായകമാകുകയും ചെയ്തു. സംസ്ഥാനത്താകമാനം നീറ്റ് പരീക്ഷ കണക്കിലെടുത്ത് സ്‌പെഷ്യല്‍ സര്‍വീസും നടത്തി. സാധാരണക്കാര്‍ക്ക് യാതൊരുവിധ പ്രശ്‌നങ്ങളുമില്ലാതെ സര്‍വീസ് നടത്തിയതിന് കെഎസ്ആര്‍ടിസിക്ക് പ്രത്യേക അഭിനന്ദനവും ലഭിച്ചിരുന്നു.പരീക്ഷാദിവസം ആറ് കോടി 88 ലക്ഷം രൂപയാണ് മൊത്തം കളക്ഷന്‍. ഏപ്രില്‍ മാസത്തില്‍ ഞായറാഴ്ചകളില്‍ 6.17 കോടിയാണ് ശരാശരി കളക്ഷന്‍ എന്നിരിക്കെ 71 ലക്ഷം രൂപയുടെ അധികവരുമാനമാണ് നേടാനായത്. കൂടുതല്‍ ആളുകളും കെഎസ്ആര്‍ടിസി ബസ്സുകളെയാണ് ആശ്രയിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നത് എന്നതിന്റെ തെളിവാണ് വരുമാനത്തിലെ നേട്ടമെന്ന് കെഎസ്ആര്‍ടിസി മാനേജിങ് ഡയറക്ടര്‍ ടോമിന്‍ തച്ചങ്കരി പറഞ്ഞു.
