പ്രളയക്കെടുതിക്കിരയായ കേരളത്തിന്റെ പുനർനിർമാണത്തിനായുള്ള ധനസമാഹരണത്തിന് മുഖ്യമന്ത്രി പിണറായി വിജയനും 17 മന്ത്രിമാരും വിവിധ രാജ്യങ്ങളിലേക്ക് യാത്രയ്ക്കൊരുങ്ങുന്നു.
മലയാളികൾ കൂടുതലായുള്ള രാജ്യങ്ങളാണ് ഓരോ മന്ത്രിയും സന്ദർശിക്കുന്നത്.ഈ മാസം 18 മുതൽ 21 വരെയാണ് പ്രവാസിമലയാളികളുടെ സഹായം തേടിയുള്ള യാത്ര. ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട വകുപ്പ് സെക്രട്ടറിമാരോ വകുപ്പുമായി ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട ഉന്നതോദ്യോഗസ്ഥരോ മന്ത്രിമാരെ അനുഗമിക്കുന്നുണ്ട്. ഫലത്തിൽ ആ ഒരാഴ്ച കേരളത്തിൽ മന്ത്രിമാർ മിക്കവരും ഇല്ലാത്ത അവസ്ഥയാവും.പര്യടനത്തിനുള്ള പട്ടികയിൽ ഉൾപ്പെടാതെ പോയത് ആരോഗ്യമന്ത്രി കെ.കെ. ശൈലജ, വിദ്യാഭ്യാസമന്ത്രി സി.രവീന്ദ്രനാഥ്, വനംമന്ത്രി കെ. രാജു എന്നിവരാണ്.മുഖ്യമന്ത്രി പിണറായി വിജയൻ യു.എ.ഇ.യിലാണ് പര്യടനം നടത്തുന്നത്. 18-ന് അബുദാബി, 19-ന് ദുബായ്, 20-ന് ഷാർജ എന്നിങ്ങനെയാണ് അദ്ദേഹത്തിന്റെ പരിപാടി. പ്രിൻസിപ്പൽ സെക്രട്ടറി ഡോ. ഇളങ്കോവൻ മുഖ്യമന്ത്രിക്കൊപ്പമുണ്ടാകും.

കേരളത്തിന് പ്രളയ സഹായം ലഭിക്കുന്നതിനു ഇവിടുത്തെ ബി ജെ പി നേതാക്കള്‍ എതിരായ നിലപാടാണ് സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതെന്ന് മുഖ്യ മന്ത്രി പിണറായി വിജയന്‍ . കേരളത്തിന്റെ വളര്‍ച്ചയില്‍ അവര്‍ ഒരിക്കലും ഒരു പങ്കും വഹിച്ചിട്ടില്ല. ഇപ്പോള്‍ നാടിനെ തകര്‍ക്കുന്ന സമീപനമാണ് അവര്‍ സ്വീകരിച്ചുകൊണ്ടിരിക്കുന്നത്. ഇതിനെതിരെ ശബ്ദമുയര്‍ത്തുകയും തുറന്നുകാട്ടുകയും വേണമെന്നും മുഖ്യമന്ത്രി ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ടു. കേരളത്തോട് കേന്ദ്രം ഒരു പ്രത്യേക നിലപാടാണ് സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നത്. ഒരു സംസ്ഥാനത്തിനും തടസ്സമായി കേന്ദ്രസര്‍ക്കാന്‍ നില്‍ക്കാന്‍ പാടില്ല. രാജ്യത്ത് മുന്‍പും ഒരുപാട് സ്ഥലത്ത് ദുരന്തങ്ങള്‍ ഉണ്ടായിട്ടുണ്ട്. ഗുജറാത്ത് ദുരന്തത്തിന്റെ സമയത്ത് മറ്റു രാഷ്ട്രങ്ങളുടെയടക്കം സഹായം സ്വീകരിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്. നമുക്ക് മറ്റു രാഷ്ട്രങ്ങളില്‍നിന്ന് സഹായം സ്വീകരിക്കാന്‍ സാധിച്ചിരുന്നെങ്കില്‍ വലിയ തുകയായിരുന്നു നമുക്ക് ലഭിക്കേണ്ടിയിരുന്നത്. എന്നാല്‍ അതിന് അനുവദിച്ചില്ലെന്നും പിണറായി ചൂണ്ടിക്കാട്ടി . കേരളത്തിന്റെ പുനര്‍ നിര്‍മ്മാണത്തിനു പ്രോത്സാഹനജനകമായ പ്രതികരണമാണ് യുഎഇയില്‍ നിന്ന് ലഭിച്ചതെന്നു പിണറായി വിജയന്‍ വാര്‍ത്ത സമ്മേളനത്തില്‍ പറഞ്ഞു
ഒട്ടേറെ മേഖലകളില്‍ നിക്ഷേപം നടത്താന്‍ താല്‍പര്യം പ്രകടിപ്പിച്ച് പലരും മുന്നോട്ടുവന്നിട്ടുണ്ട്. വിഭവസമാഹരണത്തിന് വിവിധ സംഘടനകള്‍ തയ്യാറായി മുന്നോട്ടുവന്നിട്ടുണ്ട്. എല്ലാ എമിറേറ്റുകളില്‍നിന്നുമായി ആയിരക്കണക്കിന് മലയാളികളാണ് പൊതുയോഗങ്ങളില്‍ സംബന്ധിച്ചത്. നൂറുകണക്കിനാളുകള്‍ യോഗ സ്ഥലത്തുവെച്ചുതന്നെ സഹായങ്ങള്‍ വാഗ്ദാനം ചെയ്തു. മലയാളികളുടെ നേതൃത്വത്തില്‍ ഓരോ എമിറേറ്റ്‌സിലും കമ്മിറ്റികള്‍ രൂപീകരിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്. അതുവഴി മികച്ച തുക സമാഹരിക്കാനാകുമെന്നാണ് പ്രതീക്ഷിക്കുന്നതെന്നും മുഖ്യമന്ത്രി പറഞ്ഞു.നമ്മളെല്ലാം നമ്മളായത് ഈ നാടിന്റെ പങ്കാളിത്തത്തോടെയാണ് എന്നും വാര്‍ത്ത സമ്മേളനത്തില്‍ മുഖ്യമന്തി ഓര്‍മിപ്പിച്ചു
