ശബരിമലയുടെ പാരമ്പര്യം എല്ലാ മതസ്ഥര്‍ക്കും അവകാശപ്പെട്ടതാണെന്നും ഹൈക്കോടതി
വിശ്വാസികള്‍ക്ക് മാത്രമേ ക്ഷേത്രദര്‍ശനം അനുവദിക്കാവൂ എന്ന് ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ട് ബി.ജെ.പി. ഇന്റലക്ച്വല്‍ സെല്‍ സംസ്ഥാന കണ്‍വീനര്‍ ടി.ജി.മോഹന്‍ദാസ് സമര്‍പ്പിച്ച ഹര്‍ജിയിലാണ് കോടതിയുടെ ഉത്തരവ്. ശബരിമല എല്ലാവരുടേയുമാണ്, ഇരുമുടിക്കെട്ടില്ലാതെയും ശബരിമലയ്ക്ക് പോകാം. പതിനെട്ടാം പടിയിലൂടെ കയറാന്‍ മാത്രമേ ഇരുമുടിക്കെട്ട് ആവശ്യമുള്ളു. അല്ലാത്തവര്‍ക്ക് നേരെ എതിര്‍വശത്തുള്ള നടയിലൂടെ സന്നിധാനത്തേക്ക് കടക്കാവുന്നതാണ്. ശബരിമല ദര്‍ശനം സംബന്ധിച്ച് ഈ കീഴ് വഴക്കം നിലനിന്നു പോരുന്നതാണ്.നാനാജാതിമതസ്ഥര്‍ക്കും കടന്നുവരാവുന്ന ഇടമാണ് ശബരിമലയെന്ന് ചൂണ്ടിക്കാട്ടിയ കോടതി ഹർജിയിൽ അതൃപ്തി പ്രകടിപ്പിക്കുകയും ചെയ്തു. സന്നിധാനം വാവര് സ്വാമിയുടെ ഹൃദയം ഇരിക്കുന്ന ഇടമാണെന്നും കോടതി അഭിപ്രായപ്പെട്ടു. ഹർജിയിൽ സംസ്ഥാന സർക്കാരിന്റേയും ദേവസ്വം ബോർഡിന്റേയും വിശദീകരണം ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ട കോടതി കേസ് രണ്ടാഴ്ചയ്ക്ക് ശേഷം പരിഗണിക്കാൻ മാറ്റിവെച്ചു . അതേസമയം ശബരിമല ദര്‍ശനത്തിന് എത്തുന്ന യഥാര്‍ഥ വിശ്വാസിക്ക് സംരക്ഷണം നല്‍കുമെന്ന് സര്‍ക്കാര്‍ ഹൈക്കോടതിയെ അറിയിച്ചു. സ്ത്രീയായാലും പുരുഷനായാലും അവര്‍ യഥാര്‍ഥ വിശ്വാസിയാണെങ്കില്‍ സംരക്ഷണം ഒരുക്കും.
പോലീസ് സംരക്ഷണം ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ട് വരുന്നവര്‍ ആരാണെന്ന് വിശദമായി പരിശോധിക്കുമെന്നും സര്‍ക്കാര്‍ കോടതിയില്‍ അറിയിച്ചു.

general secretary Sitaram Yechury on Wednesday lashed out at Prime Minister Narendra Modi for criticising the party-led government in Kerala over the Sabarimala row and claimed his statements amounted to 'contempt of court'.
Addressing a gathering of BJP workers in Kollam on Tuesday, PM Modi had said the conduct of Kerala's CPM-led LDF government on the Sabarimala issue would go down in the history as one of the 'most shameful behaviours by any party and government'.
PM Modi had also said the Congress and Communists were talking about gender justice in the Sabarimala issue but their actions were 'just opposite'.
Mr Yechury condemned PM Modi for his remarks.

എന്നാല്‍ ആര്‍എസ്എസും സര്‍ക്കാരുമായിട്ടാണ് ഒത്തുകളിയെന്ന് ആരോപിച്ച് പ്രതിപക്ഷവും രംഗത്തെത്തിയതോടെ നിയസഭയില്‍ ബഹളമായി.ഇന്ന് നിയമസഭ ആരംഭിച്ച ഉടനെ പ്രതിപക്ഷനേതാവ് രമേശ് ചെന്നിത്തല യുഡിഎഫ് എംഎല്‍എമാര്‍ ശബരിമല വിഷയത്തില്‍ സഭാ കവാടത്തില്‍ സത്യഗ്രഹമിരിക്കുമെന്ന് പ്രഖ്യാപിച്ചു. സഭാ നടപടികളോട് പ്രതിപക്ഷം സഹകരിക്കുമെന്നും അറിയിച്ചു. തുടര്‍ന്ന് മുഖ്യമന്ത്രി എണീറ്റ് നിന്ന് പ്രതിപക്ഷത്തിന് വൈകി വന്ന വിവേകമാണിതെന്നും ബിജെപിയും യുഡിഎഫും തമ്മില്‍ ശബരിമല സമരത്തില്‍ ഒത്തുകളിക്കുകയാണെന്നും പറഞ്ഞു. എന്നാല്‍ ആര്‍എസ്എസുമായിട്ട് സര്‍ക്കാരിനാണ് സഹകരണമെന്ന് പ്രതിപക്ഷനേതാവും ആരോപിച്ചു.
ശബരിമലയില്‍ കലാപമുണ്ടാക്കാന്‍ ആര്‍എസ്എസിന്‌ സര്‍ക്കാര്‍ അവസരം നല്‍കിഎന്ന് പ്രതിപക്ഷം ആരോപിച്ചു.
വത്സന്‍ തില്ലങ്കേരിക്കാണ് ആഭ്യന്തര വകുപ്പിന്റെ ചുമതല നല്‍കിയിരിക്കുന്നത്. ശബരിമലയില്‍ അന്നദാനത്തിന് ആര്‍എസ്എസ് സംഘടനയെ ആണ് ഏല്‍പ്പിച്ചതെന്നും ചെന്നിത്തല പറഞ്ഞു. ഇതിനെതിരെ മുഖ്യമന്ത്രി വീണ്ടും മറുപടി നല്‍കി. രാഹുല്‍ ഗാന്ധിയുടെ നിപാടിനോടല്ല കോണ്‍ഗ്രസുകാര്‍ അംഗീകരിക്കുന്നതെന്നും അമിത് ഷായുടെ വാക്കുകളാണ് സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതെന്നും മുഖ്യമന്ത്രി പറഞ്ഞതോടെ പ്രതിപക്ഷ എംഎല്‍എമാര്‍ നടുത്തളിലിറങ്ങുകയായിരുന്നു.ഇതിനിടെ ചില ഭരണപക്ഷ എംഎല്‍എമാരും രഗത്തെത്തിയതോടെ പ്രതിപക്ഷത്തെ കൂടുതല്‍ പ്രകോപിപ്പിച്ചു.
മറുപടി നല്‍കാനായി പ്രതിപക്ഷ നേതാവ് എണീറ്റെങ്കിലും സ്പീക്കര്‍ അവസരം നല്‍കിയില്ല.
