Bihar Unlock: Public Places And Non-Essential Shops Reopen | Catch News


fter government started unlock process in Patna on June 23, parks and other public places reopened in the city. Chief Minister Nitish Kumar took to Twitter to announce that non-essential shops too can operate from 9AM till 7PM in the evening, government offices have also started operating with hundred percent capacity.
