बुंडू स्थित पांच परगना किसान महाविद्यालय आदिवासी छात्रावास के विद्यार्थियों के संग गुरुवार को केंद्रीय मंत्री अर्जुन मुंडा सरहुल महोत्सव में शामिल हुए। जनजातीय पारंपरिक वेश भूषा में शामिल केंद्रीय मंत्री अर्जुन मुंडा पारंपरिक ढोलक की थाप पर थिरकते नजर आए। दक्षिणी छोटानागपुर के जनजातियों द्वारा मनाया जाने वाला प्रकृति का पर्व सरहुल सामुदायिक जीवन पद्धति का दर्शन है। केंद्रीय मंत्री अर्जुन मुंडा ने कहा कि प्रकृति के साथ आदिवासियों का अन्योन्याश्रय सम्बन्ध है। उन्होंने कहा कि प्राचीन काल मे हमारे पढ़े लिखे नहीं थे लेकिन उनके पास ज्ञान की कमी नहीं थी। प्रकृति को संरक्षित रखते हुए जीवन पद्धति को उसी रूप में ढाला जैसे पारिस्थितिक संतुलन बना रहे। प्रकृति का दोहन हमारे पूर्वज नहीं करते थे। उनकी जीवन शैली वर्तमान युग के जीवन शैली से भिन्न थी और बेहतर थी। जिस तरह वृक्ष प्रकृति अपने पुराने पत्तों का त्याग कर नए पत्तों और फूलों से सुसज्जित होती है उसी तरह हमारे पूर्वज प्रकृति का सम्मान करते हुए एक उत्सव के रूप में सखुआ के फूलों को पूजन विधि में शामिल करते हैं और एक दूसरे को सरहुल का फूल देकर आपसी सौहार्द्र का परिचय देते हैं। प्रकृति और वृक्षों के साथ जुड़ाव आदिवासी जीवन पद्धति को अन्य समुदायों से अलग पहचान दिलाती है। यही अन्योन्याश्रय संबंध कालांतर में पर्व त्योहार के रूप में परिणत होकर आज भी जारी है। उन्होंने कहा कि उन दिनों में प्रकृति का प्रेम आज से ज्यादा रहा होगा।ईधर तमाड़ विधायक विकाश सिंह मुंडा ने कहा कि त्योहार हमें आपस मे जोड़ने का काम करती है एक साथ सरहुल ईद चैती नवरात्रा और रामनवमी की तैयारी हमें उत्साह से भर देती है प्रकृति का पर्व सरहुल हमें प्रकृति के संरक्षण की सीख देती है पर्व त्यौहार लोगों में आपसी भाईचारा और प्रेम को बढाती है स्थानीय विधायक विकास मुंडा ने भी सरहुल में ढोलक की थाप पर खूब थिरकते नजर आए । पूरे बुंडू नगर में सरहुल की जुलूस काफी धूम धाम से निकाली गई

Association for Social Health in India (ASHI) is a Voluntary and Social Organization aiming at challenging those conditions that lead to exploitation of women and children for anti-social purposes by providing shelter for Destitute & Orphan children and arranging for their education, vocational training and rehabilitation are one of the Association’s main activities. The Governor of Haryana, their Chief Patron, visits the Home once a year to encourage and bless the children.
