गुरुदेव के अनुसार साक्षी भाव का अर्थ है कि इस धरती पर आपकी हैसियत एक साक्षी की है, अर्थात देखने वाले की, करने वाले की नहीं! मतलब जो कुछ भी हो रहा है वह आप नहीं कर रहे हैं, करने वाला कोई और है! आप ये सोचना बंद कर दें की जो हो रहा है आप कर रहे हैं! आप बस अपने आप को एक साक्षी के रूप में देखें तथा जो भी हो रहा है उसे बस अनुभव करें, उसे देखें! उस से विचलित ना हों !
