The case of beating of a Class 2 child in Government Primary School, Fagli, took a new turn on Saturday when teachers, parents and SMC members of the school completely denied the allegations. In a statement issued to the press, the school teachers said that the victim's father Baldev Kumar, who was also the former head of SMC, unnecessarily raised the matter in the media.
