खंडवा : मध्यप्रदेश की जीवनदायनी नदी और हिंदुओ की आस्था का केंद्र माँ नर्मदा का जन्मोत्सव ' नर्मदा सप्तमी' को रूप में मनाया जाता है। नर्मदा के तटीय स्थलों पर बसे शहर और नगरों में सबसे बड़ा आयोजन खंडवा और खरगोन की सिमा पर बसे खेड़ी घाट पर होता है। यहां पर नर्मदा जयंती से 6 दिन पूर्व माँ नर्मदा की आराधना व पूजन अर्चन का दौर प्रारम्भ हो जाता है। लेकिन इसबार कोरोना माहमारी के चलते इस आयोजन को ज्यादा भव्य रूप में नहीं किया जाएगा।

खंडवा - महाशिवरात्रि के मौके पर प्रजापिता ब्रह्माकुमारी संस्थान ने एक ही स्थान पर 12 ज्योतिर्लिंगों की स्थापना की है। साथ ही उन्होंने अखरोट और किन्नू फल से भी शिवलिंग बनाए हैं । शिवरात्रि के मौके पर तीन दिन के लिए भक्तों के दर्शनार्थ यह शिवलिंग रखे हैं। संस्थान का कहना है कि परमात्मा का संदेश जन-जन तक पहुंचे और एक ही स्थान पर श्रद्धालु भोले के सभी स्वरूपों का दर्शन कर आशीर्वाद प्राप्त कर सके इसी उद्देश्य से उन्होंने यह प्रयास किया है।
