Shimla: 10th meeting of the Himachal Pradesh Tourism Development Board was held under the chairmanship of CM Jairam Thakur. CM made several important announcements regarding tourism development in the meeting. CM said that Dharamshala-McLeodganj ropeway will be completed by June 2021 and Rs 150 crore is being spent on its construction. He said that the state will receive an annual fee of Rs 1 crore if this project. CM expressed displeasure over the delay in the work of Bijli Mahadev ropeway from Adi Himani to Chamunda Ji rope-way in district Kangra and Bhuntar of Kullu district. He said that concession agreement and prior feasibility report for Shri Nainadevi Ji ropeway from Shri Anandpur Sahib has been finalized. This project will be completed by spending 200 crores.
