Una (Himachal Pradesh): Workers of an industry located in Abada Barana of District Una, have accused the industry of not paying overtime salaries and bonuses. The workers also met Una Sadar MLA Satpal Raizada in this regard and submitted a memorandum. Workers say that they have been working in the industry for a long time. The company management assured giving salary of bonus and arrears and other holidays in a week after Diwali, but till now they have not been given this salary. Workers allege that the industry management forcibly overtime them and their salaries are also not paid. It is alleged that if the workers refuse to apply overtime, then they are refused to come to the company on the second day. Warning the industry management, the workers said that if their demands were ignored, they would not back down from the dharna outside the industry. Una Sadar MLA Satpal Singh Raizada said that workers in the abada Barana industry have submitted a memorandum regarding their demands.
