Arki( Solan) Demand for separate panchayat in Arki, of district Solan, the villagers of Ward Daina of Gram Panchayat Shahrol and Ward Jhundla of Gram Panchayat Balera have decided to boycott the panchayat elections altogether. Kuldeep Sharma, chairman of the Village Reform Committee Dhana and other villagers, sent a memorandum to CM Jayaram through Naib Tehsildar Ramlal of Arki.

Arki (Solan) : The swearing-in ceremony of newly elected members of the Nagar Panchayat Arki was held at the SDM office in Arki of solan district. SDM Vikas Shukla administered the oath to all the seven members. परवाणु शिमला फोरलेन का निर्माण किया जा रहा है। सोलन तक करीबन 80 प्रतिशत फोरलेन निर्माण का कार्य हो चुका है। सोलन शहर को लांघने के लिए भी अंडरपास का निर्माण किया जा चुका है। लेकिन इस फोरलेन से सोलन शहर को किस तरह जोड़ा जाएगा। इसके लिए अभी तक कोई कार्य नहीं किया गया था। इस मुद्दे को मीडिया द्वारा प्रमुखता से उठाया गया। शहर वासियों को पेश आ रही दिक्कत परेशानियों के बारे में प्रशासन को अवगत करवाया गया। जिसको लेकर अब जिला प्रशासन मुस्तैद नज़र आ रहा है। एसडीएम सोलन ने कहा कि सोलन शहर से एग्ज़िट को लेकर अभी कोई सड़क नहीं बनी है। जिसकी वजह से सोलन वासियों को खासा परेशान होना पड़ रहा है। इस लिए अब जिला प्रशासन द्वारा कदम उठाए जा रहे हैं। जल्द ही एग्ज़िट स्लिप रोड़ का निर्माण करवाया जाएगा।
