Hamirpur (Himachal Pradesh) : In Shukkar Khad near Ghodi Dhabiri of Hamirpur district, the government norms are being sidelined through JCB, affecting the people of the four panchayats. Due to illegal mining, the water level is also falling along with drinking water schemes, the foundation of the bridge connecting Bilaspur district is also in danger. Along with this, thousands of kanal land adjoining the river also gets swept away every time,which is under threat of farming.Local people lodged a protest against the Shukra Stone Crusher installed at Shukhar Khad near Ghori Dhabiri of Badsar sub-division. The representatives of the panchayats strongly opposed the Shukra Stone Crusher installed here.
