सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने राष्ट्रगान को लेकर एक बड़ा फैसला सुनाया है। अब हर सिनेमा हॉल में फिल्म शुरु होने से पहले राष्ट्रगान को बजाना अनिवार्य कर दिया गया है। साथ ही स्क्रीन पर राष्ट्रीय ध्वज भी दिखाना अनिवार्य होगा। वहीं सभी दर्शकों को राष्ट्रगान के बजने के समय सम्मान में खड़ा होना होगा...आपको बता दे कि सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने श्याम नारायण चौकसी की याचिका पर ये फैसला सुनाया। याचिका में मांग की थी कि सिनेमा हॉल में हर फिल्म के प्रदर्शन से पहले हर बार राष्ट्र गान बजाया जाए। राष्ट्रगान भारत की आजादी का अभिन्न अंग है, इससे लोगों की भावनाएं जुड़ी हुई हैं। वहीं अपना फैसला सुनाने के साथ ही सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने निर्देश दिया कि राष्ट्रगान बजाये जाने को लेकर किसी व्यक्ति को कोई व्यवसायिक लाभ नहीं दिया जाए। साथ ही राष्ट्रगान का किसी भी तरह का नाट्य रूपांतरण नहीं होगा। कोर्ट ने केन्द्र को एक सप्ताह के भीतर आदेश लागू कराने और सभी राज्यों और केन्द्र शासित प्रदेशों को इस बारे में जानकारी देने का आदेश दिया है। कोर्ट ने निर्देश दिया कि किसी अवांछनीय वस्तु पर राष्ट्रगान को छापा या दर्शाया नहीं जाएगा। सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने इसी साल एक नवंबर को इस मामले पर पहली सुनवाई की थी।

The Supreme Court, on 30 November, directed all cinema halls across the country to play the National Anthem before the start of the film.
According to reports, the apex court has stated that everyone present in the theatres must stand up to pay respect to the National Anthem. An image of the national flag will be shown on the screen while the anthem plays.
The court also ruled that the anthem must not be commercially exploited and that it can not be printed on 'undesirable objects'.
The Centre has been reportedly advised to issue an order to this effect within a week and to circulate the same to all states and Union territories.
