CALIFORNIA - The Oxnard, California school board met behind closed doors Wednesday evening to discuss a teacher who has been accused of participating in a pornographic movie.
'If we feel as a district the teacher in question is the teacher who we believe it is, we will pursue discipline up to termination,' said superintendent Jeff Chancer.
The teacher at Oxnard's Richard B. Haydock Intermediate School is on paid administrative leave while the district investigates her suspected participation, according to district officials.
Allegations surfaced last Friday, when students alerted Haydock administrators, who said they could not confirm the rumors because filters kept them from searching for the videos at school.
The district would not reveal the teacher's name, or how long she has been with the district.
Using smart phones and outside networks, administrators found the videos which depicted someone who they said could be one of their teachers.
