संतकबीरनगर में जिले भर के प्रधान एकत्रित होकर प्रधान संघ के बैनर तले मुख्यमंत्री को संबोधित ज्ञापन जिलाधिकारी को देखकर यह मांग की गई है कि मनरेगा मजदूरों की जो ऑनलाइन उपस्थिति दर्ज कराई जा रही है उसमें बेहद कठिनाइयां रही है, ज्ञापन के माध्यम से यह बताया गया है कि ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में नेटवर्क ना होने के कारण मजदूरों की उपस्थिति दर्ज कराने में बेहद समस्या हो रही है जिसे भारी कठिनाइयों का सामना करना पड़ रहा है, ज्ञापन देकर समस्या के निदान की मांग की गई है। समस्या के निदान न होने पर 16 जनवरी से प्रत्येक ब्लॉक अध्यक्षों के अध्यक्षता में प्रधानमंत्री को ज्ञापन देकर अपनी बातों को प्रधान संघ के लोग रखेंगे।

संतकबीरनगर के महुली थाना क्षेत्र के काली जगदीशपुर चौकी पर तैनात दरोगा हरकेश भारती के लिए नियम कानून मायने नहीं रखता. ऐसा हम इसलिए कह रहे हैं कि दरोगा के रसूख लंबे हैं, इसीलिए इनके लिए नियम कानून मायने नहीं रखते। यह जिस स्विफ्ट डिजायर कार से चलते हैं दरअसल इस गाड़ी का असली मालिक जमीरूल्लाह है जो अपनी गाड़ी को पाने के लिए जिले के आला अधिकारियों के कार्यालय का चक्कर लगा रहे हैं। तो उसी गाड़ी से दरोगा साहब कई महीनों से सड़क पर फर्राटे भर रहे हैं.. दरोगा साहब के पास ना तो इस गाड़ी के कागजात हैं और नाही इनके लिए नियम कानून मायने रखता है क्योंकि हरिकेश भारती यूपी पुलिस में दरोगा है।
दरअसल पीड़ित जमीरूल्लाह वर्षों पूर्व गाड़ी संख्या UP 70 DJ 0275 मारुति स्विफ्ट डिजायर कार को फाइनेंस पर लिया, लगभग 2 वर्ष पूर्व जमीरूल्लाह ने अष्टभुजा नामक व्यक्ति को आपसी समझौते के तहत गाडी दे दिया था. लेकिन जब वर्षों तक जमीरूल्लाह के कार का किस्त नहीं जमा हुआ और ना ही उसे समझौते के तहत रकम मिली तो वह अष्टभुजा से संपर्क करता और रकम की मांग करता तो अष्टभुजा फरार हो गए। हैरान-परेशान जमीरूल्लाह अपनी गाड़ी की तलाश में जुटा तो पता चला कि गाड़ी महुली थाना क्षेत्र के काली जगदीशपुर चौकी में तैनात चौकी इंचार्ज (दरोगा) हरिकेश भारती के पास है। पीड़ित ने दूरभाष के जरिए दरोगा हरिकेश भारती से वार्ता किया तो पता चला कि गाड़ी उन्होंने खरीदा है यह सुनकर पीड़ित जमीरूल्लाह
का होश उड़ गया क्योंकि गाड़ी के मूल दस्तावेज उसके पास हैं और गाड़ी की किस्त अभी शेष बाकी हैं तो फिर बिना एनओसी के गाड़ी क्रय-विक्रय कैसे कर ली गई। सबसे बड़ा सवाल तो यह है कि आम आदमी यदि बिना दस्तावेजों के गाड़ी चलाता है तो यही यूपी पुलिस कार्रवाई के लिए तैयार रहती है तो फिर दरोगा जी बिना कागजात के शिफ्ट डिजायर कार से सड़क पर फर्राटे अब तक कैसे भरते रहे है इनके लिए ना तो यातायात नियम कायदा मायने रखता और ना ही जरूरी दस्तावेज।
हालांकि पीड़ित जमीरूल्लाह ने अपनी गाड़ी की वापसी दिलाए जाने के साथ ही दोषी के विरुद्ध कार्यवाही की मांग की है।
