संतकबीरनगर जिले में बड़ा सड़क हादसा देखने को मिला जिसमें एक वाहन चालक परीक्षार्थी दो मित्र परीक्षार्थी के साथ बड़ा हादसा हो गया यह घटना उस वक्त हुई जब अपने घर से परीक्षार्थी बोर्ड परीक्षा केंद्र पर परीक्षा देने जा रहे थे तभी रास्ते में अज्ञात वाहन ने परीक्षार्थियों को रौंद दिया जिसमें वाहन चालक परीक्षार्थी हमीदुल्लाह की दर्दनाक मौत हो गई, दो मित्र परीक्षार्थी गंभीर रूप से घायल हो गए। जिन्हें इलाज के लिए आनन-फानन में संयुक्त जिला अस्पताल में भर्ती कराया गया जहां उनका उपचार चल रहा है।
जिले के दुधारा थाना क्षेत्र के बोर्ड परीक्षा केंद्र के छात्र बिगरामीर के निवासी हैं। तीनों छात्र एक बाइक पर सवार होकर प्रथम पाली की परीक्षा देने के लिए क्षेत्र के सालेपुर में स्थित परीक्षा केंद्र पर परीक्षा देने के लिए निकले थे तभी रास्ते में च्यूटना नहर के पास अज्ञात वाहन की चपेट में आ गए. जिसमें वाहन चालक छात्र हमीदुल्लाह समेत दो मित्र परीक्षार्थी घायल हो गए जिन्हें आनन-फानन में संयुक्त अस्पताल के इमरजेंसी वार्ड में भर्ती कराया गया. जहां डॉक्टरों ने परीक्षार्थी हमीदुल्लाह को मृत्यु घोषित कर दिया वही घायल परीक्षार्थियों का उपचार जिला अस्पताल में चल रहा है।
डॉक्टरों की माने तो घायलों की स्थिति स्थिर है, जिनका उपचार डॉक्टरों के द्वारा किया जा रहा है। मामले में पुलिस कार्रवाई करते हुए जांच पड़ताल में जुटी हुई है।

संतकबीरनगर जिले में दबंग का कहर विधवा पर जारी है, पीड़ित महिला अपने पुराने बुनियाद पर निर्माण कार्य कर आ रही थी जिस पर पड़ोसी और गांव के दबंग एकजुट होकर निर्माण कार्य करा रही पीड़ित विधवा महिला और मजदूरों को लाठी डंडे से लैस हो कर दबंग के द्वारा पीड़ित महिला को भद्दी-भद्दी गाली देते हुए पहले तो दबंगों ने घर पर चढ़कर सीनाजोरी की उसके बाद मजदूरों और पीड़ित परिवार के लोगों पर कहर बरपाया। पीड़ित महिला के द्वारा पुलिस प्रशासन से न्याय की गुहार लगाई गई लेकिन मामले में 48 घंटे बीत जाने के बावजूद अब तक किसी प्रकार की कार्रवाई नहीं हुई। जिससे पीड़ित परिवार आहत है। दरअसल पूरा मामला धनघटा थाना क्षेत्र के पैतवलिया गांव के निवासी विधवा साधना देवी का आरोप है कि गांव के दबंग किस्म के लोग उसके घर के निर्माण कार्य में बाधा उत्पन्न करने के साथ उस पर कहर बरपाया रहे हैं और निर्माण कार्य रुकवा दिए हैं। पीड़ित महिला ने जिले के आला अधिकारियों से न्याय की गुहार लगाई लेकिन अब तक पीड़ित महिला को न्याय नहीं मिला है और आए दिन दबंगों के द्वारा पीड़ित महिला को धमकी मिल रही है। जिससे पीड़ित महिला का परिवार सदमे में जी रहा है। हालांकि अब देखना होगा कि पुलिस प्रशासन की तरफ से पीड़ित महिला को कब तक न्याय मिल पाएगा।

यूपी के संतकबीरनगर में एक ऐसा गांव जहां लोगों को अपने घरों तक पहुंचने के लिए रास्ता नहीं स्थिति यह है कि पगडंडी के सहारे लोग अपने घरों को आवागमन करते थे, आजादी के 75 वर्ष बीतने के बावजूद यहां के लोग आज भी रास्ते के लिए तरस रहे थे, जिलाधिकारी प्रेम रंजन सिंह को जब इस बात की जानकारी हुई तो उन्होंने राजस्व विभाग के अधिकारियों की टीम गठित की. टीम ने बूंदीपार गांव में पहुंचकर स्थिति का जायजा लिया, टीम की मुख्य भूमिका अदा कर रहे एसडीएम अजय कुमार त्रिपाठी ने स्वयं टीम के साथ बारीकी से स्थिति को परखा और रास्ते को चिन्हित कर सीमांकन किया गया।
बूंदीपार गांव के हरिजन बस्ती की स्थिति यह थी कि यहां के लोग आपने घरों से निकलना दुर्लभ हो गया था मुख्य सड़क तक पहुंचने के लिए उन्हें भारी कठिनाइयों का सामना करना पड़ता था इन समस्याओं से भी बड़ी समस्या तब हो जाती थी जब शादी विवाह के साथ ही यदि कोई व्यक्ति बीमार होता था तो उसे अस्पताल ले जाने के लिए उन्हें मुसीबतों का सामना करना पड़ता था इनके घरों तक आराम से साइकिल तक नहीं पहुंच पाती थी, एसडीएम अजय कुमार त्रिपाठी के पहल पर अब रास्ते के लिए जमीन सीमांकन कर ली गई है और उसे साफ सुथरा कराया गया, प्रशासन का कहना है कि जल्द ही परियोजना तैयार कर इंटरलॉकिंग कराने के साथ ही बेहतर सड़क बनाई जाएगी इस कार्य से ग्रामीणों में बेहद खुशी है और प्रशासन को ग्रामीणों ने धन्यवाद भी ज्ञापित किया है। संतकबीरनगर से मिथिलेश कुमार धुरिया की रिपोर्ट।

About ASHI, Haryana:
Association for Social Health in India (ASHI) is a Voluntary and Social Organization aiming at challenging those conditions that lead to exploitation of women and children for anti-social purposes by providing shelter for Destitute & Orphan children and arranging for their education, vocational training and rehabilitation are one of the Association’s main activities. The Governor of Haryana, their Chief Patron, visits the Home once a year to encourage and bless the children.
