India are set to square off against Australia in a three-match T20I series at home and the first game will be played at the IS Bindra Stadium in Mohali. The series will serve as a good preparation for the upcoming T20 World Cup 2022 next month.

One of the areas that India would look to address is their combination which has been affected by the absence of Ravindra Jadeja. A decision on Rishabh Pant and Dinesh Karthik will have to be taken during the course of the series.
