Where on one hand the cases of corona infection are continuously increasing in the state. On the other hand, the Pressure Swing Adsorption Plant (PSA) installed at the hospital Sundernagar at a cost of Rs 1.5 crore is lying closed for the last one month. Since the establishment of this oxygen plant, the department has not serviced it even once.
