Its a NORM to start a leg day with squats/lunges but on a reverse day you do totally opposite of it.

In this routine we started with EXTENSIONS and finished at SQUATS etc.

Following is what we performed in this routine.

Leg Extensions
4 sets of 15 reps

Leg Curl
4 sets of 15 reps

Leg Press
6 sets of 12 reps

Weighted Lunges
4 sets of 12 reps each leg

Weighted Squats (HEAVY)
6 sets of 6 reps

Good Mornings
2 sets of 25 reps
