As the young artist gets ready to arrive with her latest release U Turn on Zee5, she caught up with Bollywood Bubble host Akash Bhatnagar for an exclusive chat where she reacted to Priyanka's praise for her and revealed if she had reached out to her or not. Not just that, she opened up on getting the opportunity to lead a film so early on in her career and why there is still a long way to go for women to get their due. Alaya's last release, Almost Pyaar With DJ Mohabbat, met with a lukewarm response from the audience and the actress spoke about the effect of the film's failure on her. Recently, an old clip of her standing up for mother Pooja Bedi did rounds on the internet and Alaya discussed defending her mother at the age of 14.
