Mandi (Himachal Pradesh) : Himachal Congress President Pratibha Singh has taken a dig at BJP's signature campaign. She said that the BJP is running a signature campaign regarding the denotified institutions in the state, but when the BJP was in power, why did they not appoint teachers in the educational institutions opened by them. She said that the previous BJP government should have recruited staff in the hospitals which were facing shortage of staff instead of opening new health institutions. The institutions which have been closed by the Congress government of the state are the right decision of the state government. Pratibha Singh said this in a conversation with journalists after participating in the Youth Parliament program organized by Nehru Yuva Kendra.
