The festival of Holi was traditionally celebrated at Dera Baba Rudranand, a famous religious place located at Nari in Una district headquarters. During this, the entire Dera complex was seen painted in the colors of Vrindavan. Thousands of devotees reached Rudranand Ashram in the program organized under the leadership of Ashram President and Vidyalankar Swami Sugrivanand Maharaj. On this occasion, the devotees reached the Dera premises and paid obeisance at the Akhand Dhune as well as bowed their heads at the historic 5 Peepals and Nirvana Samadhi. During this, the annual flag hoisting ceremony was performed in the Dera Ashram amidst chanting of mantras. At the same time, the devotees and followers who reached the Dera celebrated the festival of Holi by applying gulal to each other.
