Mandi (Himachal Pradesh): To assess the social impact due to the proposed airport in Balh, the SR Asia company appointed by the state government has recommended to build an airport in Jahu instead of Balh. Balh Bachao Sangharsh Morcha presented this 231-page report of SR Asia Company in a press conference today. Morcha President Joginder Walia told that Balh has the most fertile land. If an airport is built here, 80 percent private fertile land will be completely destroyed.
