Nach Baliye 5 is a reality television dance show airing on Star Plus in which the contestants are Indian celebrity couples ('jodis'). The series premiered on December 29, 2012 and is the fifth season of Nach Baliye (Dance Baby). It is loosely similar to Dancing with the Stars.

On 6 December 2012, it was announced that model-actress Shilpa Shetty, filmmaker-actor Sajid Khan, and dancer-choreographer Terrence Lewis will be joining the judging panel of Nach Baliye is 2012.

Meanwhile, actors Gautam Rode and Karan Wahi have been appointed to host the fifth season of the series.
