Video is related to stress and anxiety problem. Video presenter went through acute stress and stressed induced anxiety for 12 year. Life went from happiness to gloominess. It impacted me to an extend that I got the fear phobia. I turned into self healing and started the technique which I demonstrated in video along with positive thinking. The first month wad very difficult as I was struggling to be positive. I did not stopped the process and now I am perfectly fine and running multiple companies. I don't get stressed while going out and travel freely.
I thought of sharing this video as many of us goes through the problem but get hesitated to discuss about it. I cannot guarantee that you will be perfectly alright and in some cases you would be needing specialist help.please share this video to help others too.

ഇന്നത്തെ പ്രൊഫഷണലുകള്‍ അഭിമുഖീകരിക്കുന്ന ഏറ്റവും വലിയ പ്രശ്‌നമാണ് സ്‌ട്രെസും ടെന്‍ഷനും. ജോലി കൃത്യസമയത്ത് ചെയ്തു തീര്‍ക്കാനുള്ള സമ്മര്‍ദവും ഇതിനു വേണ്ടി എടുക്കേണ്ടി വരുന്ന അധ്വാനവും പലരുടേയും ആരോഗ്യത്തെയും ജീവിതരീതിയേയും ദോഷകരമായി ബാധിക്കാറുണ്ട് .സ്ട്രെസ്സിലൂടെ കടന്നു പോകുമ്പോൾ മരുന്നു കഴിച്ചതു കൊണ്ടോ ചികിത്സ തേടിയതു കൊണ്ടോ കാര്യമായ പ്രയോജനമുണ്ടായെന്നു വരില്ല. ഇത്തരം സാഹചര്യങ്ങളെ മറികടക്കാൻ സ്വയം ചെയ്യാവുന്ന ചില മാർഗങ്ങൾ.ആദ്യമായി തന്നെ എന്താണ് സ്ട്രെസ് എന്നറിയാം . മനസികമായിട്ടോ വികാരപരമായോ കൂടുതൽ സമ്മർദ്ദത്തിൽ ആകുന്നതിനെയാണ് സ്ട്രെസ് എന്ന് പറയുന്നത്.എന്തെങ്കിലും കാര്യം നിങ്ങൾക്ക് താങ്ങാൻ പറ്റാത്തതിന് അപ്പുറമാകുമ്പോൾ പ്രെഷർ സ്ട്രെസ് ആയി മാറും.ഇത് നമ്മുടെ ദൈനം ദിന ജീവിതത്തെയും മറ്റും ബാധിച്ചു തുടങ്ങും . കുറച്ച സമയം മാറ്റി വായിച്ചാൽ ചില ടെക്‌നിക്കിലൂടെയും നമുക്ക് സമമർദ്ദത്തെ അവ കൂടുതൽ മാനസിക ശാരീരിക പ്രശ്നങ്ങൾ ഉണ്ടാകുന്നതിനു മുൻപ് നേരിടാൻ സാധിക്കും . സ്ട്രെസ്സിനെ മറികടക്കാനുള്ള ഒരു പ്രധാന വഴി വ്യായാമം ചെയ്യുക എന്നതാണ്.ഇത് ശരീരത്തിനും മനസ്സിനും ഉല്ലാസം നല്‍കുന്ന എന്‍ഡോര്‍ഫിന്‍റെ നിര്‍മ്മാണത്തിന് സഹായിക്കുന്നു . വ്യായാമം ചെയ്താല്‍ ക്ഷീണം തോന്നുമെന്നു ചിലരെങ്കിലും പറയാറുണ്ട്. എന്നാല്‍ വ്യായാമം അഡ്രിനാലിന്‍ എന്ന ഹോര്‍മോണ്‍ അളവ് കൂട്ടുകയും ദിവസം മുഴുവനുമുള്ള ഊർജ്ജം നല്‍കുകയുമാണ് ചെയ്യുന്നത്. .ചൂടുള്ള കാലാവസ്ഥയില്‍ വ്യായാമം ചെയ്യുന്നത് ഉത്സാഹരഹിതനാക്കും .ദിവസവും അരമണിക്കൂര്‍ നേരം ഉത്സാഹത്തോടെ നടക്കുന്നത് ശീലമാക്കൂ. നേരത്തെ കിടക്കുന്നതും ഉണര്‍ന്നെഴുന്നേല്‍ക്കുന്നതും ശീലമാക്കുക. ഈ ശീലം കൂടുതല്‍ ഉന്മേഷം നല്‍കുന്ന ഒന്നാണ്. ശ്വസനവ്യായാമങ്ങള്‍ സ്ട്രെസ് കുറയ്ക്കും . ദീര്‍ഘശ്വാസം വലിക്കുകയും നിശ്വസിക്കുകയും ചെയ്യുന്നത് ഏറ്റവും ലളിതമായ ഒരു ശ്വസനവ്യായാമമാണ്. ഇത് എവിടെ ഇരുന്നു വേണമെങ്കിലും ചെയ്യാവുന്നതേയുള്ളൂ.അതുപോലെ നല്ല ഉറക്കം സ്ട്രെസ് മാററാനുള്ള ഒരു വഴിയാണ്. നമുക്കു സ്‌ട്രെസുണ്ടാക്കുന്ന ഘടകത്തില്‍ നിന്നും ശ്രദ്ധ തിരിയ്ക്കുക. ഇത് സ്ട്രെസ് കുറയ്ക്കാന്‍ സഹായിക്കും.നിത്യജീവിതത്തില്‍ ഓരോ ദിവസവും പല തവണ സ
