Adipurush Movie जैसे ही थियेटरों में रिलीज हुई उसी दिन से मूवी का विरोध शुरू हो गया क्योंकि Adipurush Movie में हिंदुओं के आराध्य श्री राम एवं हनुमान जी जो वास्तविक रूप था उसे अलग दिखाया गया या यूं कहें कि हिंदुओं की आस्था के साथ खिलवाड़ किया गया जिसे लेकर हिंदू समाज एवं हिंदू संगठनों में काफी आक्रोश है योगी यूथ ब्रिगेड के अध्यक्ष अजय कुमार तोमर ने आगरा के मैहर टॉकीज पर विरोध प्रदर्शन करते हुए ऐलान किया कि मूवी के निर्माता जिस दिन आगरा की धरती पर पैर रखेंगे वह उनका जूतों की माला पहनाकर स्वागत करेंगे और साथ ही सेंसर बोर्ड बॉलीवुड को चेतावनी देते हुए कहा कि वह adipurush film hindi को बनाना बंद कर दें जिससे हिंदुओं की आस्था के साथ खिलवाड़ होता है या उनके देवी-देवताओं का मजाक पढ़ाया जाता है अगर ऐसा दोबारा होता है तो पूरा हिंदू समाज सड़कों पर उतर कर बॉलीवुड की ईट से ईट बजा देगा अगर बॉलीवुड में दम है तो किसी और धर्म के बारे में ऐसी अपमानजनक मूवी बनाई तब देखो क्या होता है आदि पुरुष मूवी को लेकर हिंदू संगठनों में ही नहीं समाज में भी काफी आक्रोश है अगर जनता की बात करें तो उनका कहना है कि उत्तर प्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री adipurush yogi adityanath ( adipurush review yogi bolta hai ) ने अब तक इस मूवी को बैन क्यों नहीं कराया जिस मूवी में श्री राम एवं हनुमान का मजाक उड़ाया गया
