20 घंटों की कड़ी मशक्कत के बाद आखिरकार चंडीगढ़-मनाली नेशनल हाईवे बहाल हो ही गया। हाईवे बंद होने के कारण लगे कई किलोमीटर लंबे जाम में फंसे हजारों पर्यटकों ने हाईवे के बहाल होने पर राहत की सांस ली। बता दें कि बीती रात करीब 9 बजे चंडीगढ़-मनाली नेशनल हाईवे सात, छ और चार मील के पास भारी भूस्खलन के कारण बंद हो गया था। आज सुबह से ही हाईवे को बहाल करने की कोशिशे की जा रही थी, लेकिन मौसम का साथ नहीं मिल रहा था। लेकिन फोरलेन निर्माण में लगी केएमसी कंपनी ने हार नहीं मानी और अपनी मशीनरी के साथ पूरी ताकत झोंक दी।
