Saddam age 32 yrs R/o Babasahab Patil Colony 1 Line, Menezes Marg Usgao, Kolhapur, was caught red handed while attempting to commit theft of white Colour 6G Activa Scooter which was parked outside complainants office. During investigation, three rent a Bike Owners from Panaji Jurisdiction appeared at Panaji Police station and reported that the accused had come to their rent a bike office and after producing fake MDL and Adhar Card of different names having his photo on same was given to them as identity proof while taking scooters on Rent and further took their Activa Scooters and did not retuned the same within the stipulated time and further started avoiding their calls and hence they suspected that the above accused had intentionally taken their Activa 6G scooters in order to sale for illegal monetary benefits.
