3 tourists along with a 25-member team of sheep herders stranded at Kara in Pin valley of Himachal Pradesh were rescued today with the help of NDRF, ITBP police home guards and local people. On Sunday, clouds burst twice in a place called Kara in Pin valley, due to which a group of sheep herders got stuck in the middle. The water was continuously increasing in the drains on both sides. In such a situation, it was difficult for them to get out. But the rescue operation was carried out under the leadership of NDRF team captain Inspector Prem Negi. Four of the nine tents of the sheep herders were washed away. They also had the problem of ration. Now the sheep herders have been taken out but 450 sheep have been left there.
