Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti on Friday said conducive atmosphere is being created for withdrawal of Armed Forces Special Powers Act (AFSPA) from the state.
“My Government is keen that laws like AFSPA are withdrawn and for that conducive atmosphere is created,” said Ms Mufti while replying to the discussion on Demand of Grants for the Departments under her charge in the Legislative Assembly on Friday evening.
