The Deputy Chief Minister was speaking at a function organized by the Jammu and Kashmir Bhartiya Shiksha Samiti (JKBSS) in connection with the celebration of honoring parents and senior citizens at Bhartiya Vidhaya Mandir, Amphalla, Jammu.
