दिल्ली में योग शक्ति संस्थान ने योग के प्रचार और विस्तार में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाई है।
नॉर्थ दिल्ली में अभी इनके बीस योग कैम्प्स नियमित रूप से चलाये जा रहे हैं और इन कैम्प्स में हजारों लोग पावर योगा के माध्यम से खुद को निरोग व स्वस्थ बना रहे हैं।

योग शक्ति संसथान की शुरुआत जुलाई २०१६ में हुई , जिसके बाद यह संस्थान लगातार एक बड़ा परिवार बनने की ओर अग्रसर रहा है।
वाई एस एस के संस्थापक उमेश अरोड़ा ने कुछ साथियों के साथ मिलकर पावर योगा के कांसेप्ट को एक कम्पलीट वेलनेस सेण्टर के रूप में लोगों के सामने रखा , लोग जुड़ते गए और आज यह परिवार कुल बीस शाखाओं के साथ हजारों लोगों को एकजुट कर निरंतर आगे बढ़ रहा है।
इस विशाल संस्थान की सबसे ख़ास बात ये है की इनकी सेवाएँ पूर्णतः निःशुल्क हैं। मतलब आपको इस पावर योगा सेण्टर में आने के लिये कोई भी फीस नहीं देनी होती।
चंद लोगों से शुरू हुई इस संस्था से आज समाज के हर वर्ग से आमो ख़ास लोग जुड़ चुके हैं।

'योग भारत की प्राचीन परंपरा का एक अमूल्य उपहार है ये मन और शरीर के मिलन का सबसे सहज साधन है।मनुष्य और प्रकृति के बीच सामंजस्य है ,
इसी लिए पूरा विश्व मिलकर 21 जून को अंतर्राष्ट्रीय योग दिवस के रुप में मनाता।
ऐसा ही एक विशाल कार्यक्रम दिल्ली के अशोक विहार फेज 1 में आयोजित किया गया। इस आयोजन में विशाल जनसमूह ने शिरकत कर योग किया।
सुबह से मौसम ने अपनी ठंडक भरी बूंदों से लोगों की संख्या को प्रभावित करने की कोशिश तो की लेकिन आखिर कार बारिश को भी इस आयोजन को सफल बनाने के लिए अपना योगदान बूंदों को रोक कर दिया।
21 जून योग दिवस के मौके पर लोगों का उत्साह देखते ही बनता था।
लोगों के चेहरे पर खुशी और उल्लास साफ देखा जा सकता था। योग शक्ति संस्थान द्वारा आयोजित किए गए इस आयोजन को सफल बनाने के लिए सभी अपनी भागीदारी निभाने के लिए उत्सुक दिख रहे थे।
स्टेज पर सभी गणमान्य लोग एकत्रित हुए और सभी का पूरे आदर भाव के साथ अभिनंदन किया गया।
और दीप प्रज्वलन के साथ आगाज हुआ योग शक्ति संस्थान के इस विशेष आयोजन का।
वंदे-मातरम राष्ट्रगीत से पूरा मोन्टफोर्ट स्कूल प्रांगण गुंजायमान हो गए।
उसके बाद बड़ी संख्या में ऊँ का जाप शुरु हुआ जिसने पूरा वातावरण सकारात्मक बना दिया।
उसके बाद हरि ओम का उच्चारण शरीर को और मन को विशुद्ध बना रहा था। जब मोन्टफोर्ट स्कूल में इतनी बड़ी संख्या में लोगों ने हरीओम का जाप करना शुरु किया तो माहौल आनंदमय हो गया।
योग शक्ति संस्थान के संस्थापक उमेश अरोड़ा ने निर्देशित करते हुए सभी को योगाभ्यास कराना आरंभ किया ।
एक साथ इतनी बड़ी संख्या में लोग एकत्रित होकर योगा करते हुए दर्शा रहा था कि भारत में ही वो सामर्थ्य है जो विश्व गुरु बन सकता है।
