भारत में वस्तु एवं सेवा कर यानी जीएसटी इस वक्त सभी व्यपारियों के लिए चर्चा का विषय बना हुआ है... जीएसटी को 1 जुलाई 2017 से देश में लागू किया जाएगा... लेकिन वहीं दूसरी ओर देश में विभिन्न ट्रेडर एसोसिएशन इसका विरोध करते नजर आ रहे हैं... शुक्रवार को दिल्ली के स्कूटर ट्रेडर्स एसोसिएशन ने जीएसटी का विरोध किया और 18 जून को जीएसटी कांउसिल को लेकर बैठक करने की बात कही...

इस मुद्दे पर प्रदर्शन कर रहे एसोशिएन के लोगों का कहना है कि जीएसटी में दुपहिया वाहन को भी चार पहिया वाहन की श्रेणी में रखा गया है जो कि गलत है क्योकिं चार पहिया वाहन लग्जरी आईटम है जिसकी तुलना दुपहिया वाहन से करना ठीक नहीं है..

आने वाले माह जुलाई की पहली तारीख भारत देश के लिए ऐतिहासिक दिन होने वाला है क्योंकि 1 जुलाई से पूरे देश की टेक्स व्यवस्था में भारी बदलाव आने वाला है। इस बदलाव का नाम है GST जिसके लागु होने के बाद पूरे देश में एक टेक्स प्रक्रिया लागु हो जायेगी। GST के लागू होने से पहले ही देश में अलग अलग व्यवसाय करने वाले लोगो का विरोध भी सुरु हो चूका है।
दिल्ली के प्रेस क्लब में आज फर्नीचर के बिजनेस से जुड़े लोगों के संगठन ने एक प्रेस वार्ता का आयोजन किया और GST के तहत फर्नीचर पर लगने जा रहे 28 प्रतिशत टेक्स का विरोध किया। दिल्ली फर्नीचर फेड्रेसन के अध्यक्ष रातिन्दर पाल सिंह ने कहा कि देश के फर्नीचर मार्किट पर 60 प्रतिसत कब्ज़ा पहले से ही बाहर से आने वाले आयातित फर्नीचर का है। और अब 28 प्रतिसत GST लगा कर सरकार हमारी कमर तोड़ रही है। रतिन्दर पाल जी ने कहा कि फर्नीचर देश का हर आमिर के साथ गरीब भी करता है फिर फर्नीचर लग्जरी कैसे हो गया। उनका कहना था कि हीरा जो आम लोगों के पहुँच से काफी दूर है उसपर 3 प्रतिसत टेक्स लगाया गया है और फर्नीचर जो हर परिवार की जरुरत है उसपर 28 प्रतिसत टेक्स लगाया जाना सही नही है। उन्होंने मांग सरकार से मांग की है कि फर्नीचर पर लगाया गया GST कम किया जाय।
भारत सरकार के फर्नीचर पर लगाये गए 28 प्रतिसत टेक्स के विरोध में पूरे देश के फर्नीचर व्यापारियों ने आज से 3 दिनों के बंद की घोषणा की है और परसो यानि 28 जून को कीर्ति नगर में दिल्ली समेत पूरे भारत के फर्नीचर व्यापारी इक्कट्ठा हो आगे की रणनीति तय करेंगे।

नयी दिल्ली के जंतर मंतर पर प्रदर्शन कर रहे ये वे बच्चे और उनके अभिभावक है जो सुन बोल नहीं सकतें ---इन मूक बधिर बच्चों के हाथों में थामी तख्तियां इनकी तकलीफ का बयां कर यही है ---इनका दर्द है की सरकार ने उनके कॉकलियर इम्प्लांट , इसकी सर्विस और इनके पुर्जे आदि पर भी जीएसटी लगा दिया --इनके कान पर लगे कॉकलियर इम्प्लांट ही वह साधन है जिससे इनके बोलने और सुनाने की क्षमता विकसित होती है ---इस उपकरण से ही ये मूक -बधिर बच्चे सामने वाले की बात कह सुन सकतें है --इसे कॉकलियर इम्प्लांट कहतें है जिनकी कीमत बाजार में 10 लाख से 20 लाख तक की है -- सरकार ने इनकी इस अहम् जरूरत पर भी जीएसटी लगा दिया ---इन अभिभावकों का दर्द है की इस कॉकलियर इम्प्लांट के रखरखाव और और बैटरी का भी खर्चा हज़ारों रुपये प्रतिवर्ष है ---सरकार ने इन्हे भी जीएसीटी के दायरे में लेकर इनकी मुसीबत बढ़ा दे है
