Shashi Bala w/o Soni Kumar, who hails from sthana under Fatehpur subdivision of district Kangra, has erected the civil hospital Nurpur in the dock for medical treatment. Shashi Bala alleges that he is suffering from kidney disease and has to undergo dialysis every week. Whenever she goes to Civil Hospital Nurpur for dialysis, she is returned back from there. The woman alleges that every time sent home with an excuse. Blood comes from the blood bank and due to no dialysis, the blood gets spoiled.

नूरपुर के तहत पडती सुल्याली पंचायत के वार्ड सदस्य भूख हड़ताल पर बैठे है|भूख हड़ताल पर बैठने का कारण महिला पंचायत प्रधान द्वारा इन सदस्यों को विश्वास में लिए बगैर विकासकार्यों को करवाना है|इन सदस्यों की माने तो विकास कार्यों में इनकी सहभागिता बिलकुल शून्य है|यही कारण है कि पन्द्रह वार्ड सदस्यों में दो वार्ड मेम्बर को छोड़कर सभी सदस्य पंचायत उपप्रधान नरेश कुमार की अध्यक्षता में भूख हड़ताल पर बैठ है|पंचायत उपप्रधान नरेश कुमार का कहना है कि पंचायत में भारी मतों से उन्हें जिताया था लेकिन उन्हें अफ़सोस है कि वो लोगों की उम्मीदों पर खरा नही उतरे|इसका कारण पंचायत प्रधान द्वारा अपनाया जाना वाला तानाशाही रवैया जिसमें हर कार्य को प्रधान अपनी मर्जी से करती है और किसी भी सदस्य को विश्वास में नहीं लिया जाता|वार्ड सदस्यों की माने तो जो सरकार द्वारा नोटिफिकेशन है उसमें साफ़ लिखा है कि पंचायत सदस्य अपने वार्ड में होने वाले कार्य का विवरण खुद रखेगा और जो भी सामान की खरीद फरोख्त होगी वो वार्ड मेम्बर की देख्रेखे में होगी लेकिन पंचायत प्रधान इन नियमों को दरकिनार कर हर काम सिर्फ खुद करती है और सदस्यों को मात्र हस्ताक्षर करने के लिए बाध्य करती है कि जो भी काम हुआ है उसके जिम्मेदार वो होंगे|Watch HTODAY nurpur panchayat sachiv protest With HD Quality
