फिर भूमाफिया के चंगुल में फंसा एक शख्स, अदालत के मार्फत दर्ज हो सकी एफआईआर
उदयपुर। उदयपुर में भूमाफिया का जाल फैलता जा रहा है। उनके चंगुल में फंसे लोगों की जीवन भर की पूंजी बर्बाद हो रही है। और तो और मामलों में पुलिस सीधे एफआईआर दर्ज नहीं करती। पीडि़त को अदालत की शरण लेनी पड़ती है और इस्तगासे के मार्फत एफआईआर होती है।
हाल ही, ऐसा प्रकरण सामने आया है जिसमें एक आरोपी खुद को पुलिस अधिकारी बता कर पीडि़त पर भूमाफिया की बात मानने का दबाव बना रहा है। इतना ही नहीं, पीडि़त को एससी-एसटी एक्ट में घसीटने की धमकी भी दी जा रही है।
पीडि़त की गुहार पर अदालत के आदेश के बाद दो अलग-अलग थानें में एफआईआर दर्ज हुई है।
मामला उदयपुर के सुखेर व भूपालपुरा थाने से जुड़ा है। पीडि़त न्यू भूपालपुरा निवासी ओम प्रकाश शर्मा पुत्र प्यारेलाल शर्मा की एफआईआर के अनुसार आरोप है कि उसने न्यू भूपालपुरा में जमना बाई व सुदी बाई माली से खरीदने के लिए सौदा हुआ।

मणिपुर में आफ्स्पा हटाने की मांग लेकर करीब 16 सालों से संघर्ष कर रही इरोम शर्मिला ने आज अपना अनशन तोड़ दिया है.... इम्फाल कोर्ट ने इरोम शर्मिला को 10 हजार रुपये के निजी मुचलके पर रिहा कर दिया है...इस दौरान इरोम ने अदालत से कहा, ''मुझे एक अजीब महिला के रूप में देखा जा रहा है. लोग कहते हैं कि राजनीति गंदी होती है. लेकिन समाज भी तो गंदा है. मैं मणिपुर के अधिकारों के लिए राजनीति में उतरूंगी उन्होंने कहा, ''मैंने महात्मा गांधी के सिद्धांतों का पालन किया. मेरा ज़मीर कैद था. मुझे अब आज़ाद होना होगा. मुझे अब रणनीति बदलनी होगी. मुझे लोग एक इंसान के तौर पर क्यों नहीं देख सकते... इरोम पहले ही ऐलान कर चुकी हैं कि वह अगले साल होने वाले विधानसभा चुनावों में निर्दलीय प्रत्याशी के तौर पर चुनाव लड़ेंगी. आपको बता दें कि इरोम ने नवंबर साल 2000 में सुरक्षा बलों के हाथों 10 नागरिकों की मौत के बाद अफ्स्पा हटाने की मांग करते हुए भूख हड़ताल शुरू की थी. भूख हड़ताल पर बैठने के तीन दिन बाद ही उन्हें मणिपुर सरकार ने खुदकुशी की कोशिश करने के आरोप में गिरफ्तार कर लिया था.
