अमेरिका के नवनिर्वाचित राष्ट्रपति डोनाल्ड ट्रंप के खिलाफ विरोध थमने का नाम नहीं ले रहा है और अब ट्रंप के खिलाफ महिलाएं एकजुट हो गई हैं। महिलाएं न सिर्फ अमेरिका में बल्कि पूरे यूरोप, अफ्रीका और एशिया के कई शहरों में विरोध प्रदर्शन के लिए सड़क पर उतर आईं हैं। ट्रंप के शपथ ग्रहण करने के एक दिन बाद शनिवार को भी प्रदर्शन होते रहे। राजधानी वाशिंगटन डीसी के अलावा ट्रंप के भेदभावपूर्ण बयान के खिलाफ सिडनी, लंदन, बर्लिन, टोक्यो, पेरिस और लगभग सभी जगह प्रदर्शन होते रहे। यह प्रदर्शन ट्रंप के शपथ ग्रहण के समय से ही हो रहे हैं। शनिवार को तो ये प्रदर्शन और हिंसक हो गया..आगजनी की गई। दरअसल इन महिला प्रदर्शनकारियों का कहना है कि 'यह महत्वपूर्ण है कि हमारे अधिकारों का सम्मान किया जाये। सभी लोग हमारे अधिकारों के लिए कठिन लड़ाई लड़ रहे हैं और राष्ट्रपति ट्रंप इसका सम्मान नहीं करते हैं।
