Desperate Housewives ran for eight seasons. However, things merely crashed and burned, despite the star-studded cast in the drama-comedy that made you chuckle week after week. Eva Longoria and Terri Hatcher were not enough to save the show in the end. However, sources say the actors were told far in advance about the intent to end the show before it was given the ax, citing a BBC report on 5/14/12.
